1.5 Financial and Tax Information (Drivers Only):

Buy N Go Pickup collects the following financial and tax information from Drivers through our payment partner Stripe:

• Bank account details for earnings deposits
• Tax identification information (SSN or EIN) for 1099 tax reporting
• Identity verification documentation required by Stripe for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance including driver's license photo

This information is collected, stored, and processed exclusively by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. Buy N Go Pickup does not directly store banking credentials, SSNs, or driver's license photos.

We also use your information for: supporting insurance audits, underwriting reviews, and compliance verification; providing documentation to legal representatives and law enforcement when required; complying with legal obligations, court orders, and regulatory requests; and enforcing our Terms & Conditions and other agreements.

2.8 Platform Safety & Driver Compliance:

We use your information to enforce platform policies and maintain service quality including:

• Monitoring Driver compliance with curbside-only delivery requirements and authorized exceptions (ground-floor lobby placement and elevator-only upper floor access)
• Verifying adherence to the three-item maximum per trip policy
• Monitoring vehicle compliance through annual photo inspections submitted through the Platform
• Ensuring ongoing insurance compliance through real-time Canopy Connect verification
• Reviewing Driver performance metrics, customer ratings, and delivery completion records
• Sharing relevant compliance data with our supplemental insurance carriers for underwriting, risk assessment, claims management, and audit purposes

This monitoring is conducted to protect Customers, Drivers, and the integrity of the Platform and is a condition of using the Platform.

3. SHARING OF INFORMATION

3.1 Service Providers (Drivers and Customers):

• Drivers receive Customer delivery address, contact information, delivery instructions, and any special requests
• Customers receive Driver name, phone number, real-time location during delivery, and arrival estimates
• Information is shared ONLY as necessary to complete the requested delivery service

3.2 Third-Party Service Providers:

• Payment processors (Stripe): Customer payment card processing and billing; Driver earnings deposits and bank account verification; Driver identity verification (KYC) including driver's license photo collection and verification; and Driver tax reporting (1099 issuance). Stripe operates as an independent data controller for KYC and identity verification data. Buy N Go Pickup does not store driver's license photos or banking credentials directly — these are held exclusively by Stripe under their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) for understanding Platform usage

• Identity verification partners (HireRight) for background checks and MVR verification

We share relevant documentation with our supplemental insurance carriers, including:

3.4 Background Check and Verification Partners:

• HireRight (background check provider): receives Driver personal information for criminal background screening and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) verification
• Canopy Connect (insurance verification): Drivers connect directly to Canopy Connect through the Platform; Buy N Go Pickup receives read-only access to insurance verification data only
• Stripe (payment and identity verification): collects and processes Driver financial and identity information for KYC compliance and earnings deposits

These partners operate under strict data protection agreements and comply with applicable regulations including FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) requirements.
